Individuals may undergo health and fitness testing, use state-of-the-art virtual reality exercise equipment, participate in adult fitness programs, and take advantage of nutrition and weight reduction opportunities. Best of all, participants learn and train in a supportive, nonthreatening environment created by physicians and healthcare professionals from Community Hospital. All exercise components are supervised by personnel with degrees in exercise physiology and physical fitness who can even develop an exercise prescription tailored to individual needs.
