Since 1978, INTEGRIS PACER Fitness Center, the nation's first hospital-based fitness center, has been helping people to achieve excellence in health. We believe that almost anyone can become fit through a medically sound program of exercise, healthy nutrition habits and education. PACER specializes in total fitness programs for adults of all ages and physical conditions.

PACER Fitness offers aerobic classes to meet the needs of all member's level of fitness. Each aerobic room contains dual balance bars, mirrored walls, hand and ankle weights, resistance bands, steps and floor mats. All classes are 50 minutes in length unless otherwise indicated.

Most classes are included in the Fitness Center membership. Types of classes offered are:
