  • Siskey Sassy Seniors Aerobic Class - This class is just for our members. You will do low impact, muscle toning exercises with weights, lots of stretching and maybe even some line dancing. This is a great way to improve your fitness level and socialize with other seniors.
  • Senior Tai Chi - Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese practice that focuses on slow-motion movement to exercise spirit, mind and body. This is a beginner level class that almost anyone can do.
  • Walking Club - Meet in the lobby and walk together to enjoy fitness and fellowship. Log in laps to watch your progress and work towards rewards!
