Our Healthy Living program offers you three different classes to choose from:

  • Low Water Works is perfect for beginners or advanced, and is great for those suffering from arthritis, osteoporosis, or hip and knee replacements.
  • F.I.T.T. (Friends In Training Together) is designed to introduce you to the basics of a balanced wellness program by incorporating resistance, strength training and cardiovascular activities.
  • Walking Strength incorporates cardiovascular exercise, strength machines and functional training activities to help strengthen your everyday activities.
Each month we will be introducing you to either a new activity or discussion about wellness. Special topics include:
  • Osteoporosis
  • Heart Disease
  • Diabetes
  • Dental care
  • Depression
  • Fibromyalgia
  • Nutrition
  • Tai Chi
