Whispering Hope Ranch (WHR) has been providing a healing environment for individuals with physical or developmental disabilities since 1998. The Ranch also serves as a home for animals born with physical differences or rescued from difficult circumstances. Their interaction with our guests with disabilities is nurturing and calming, and promotes well-being.
The Ranch consists of 47-acres adjacent to the Tonto National Forest in central Arizona. Since being established, thousands of children with disabilities, elderly groups, adults and families have visited the Ranch for day programs, retreats and organized camps focused primarily on nature programs and animal assisted activities.
