Horses with HEART offers therapeutic horseback riding. It is located at the Hallelujah Whistle Stop Ranch. Their mission is to provide a safe & enjoyable equine experience for people with physical, mental, & emotional disabilities & At-Risk youth, encouraging each rider to develop independent skills at his or her own level of abilities.
