Southern STARRS (Special Therapeutic and Recreational Riding Students) is dedicated to providing therapeutic and recreational horse-back riding and related activities for individuals diagnosed with physical and/or mental disabilities and will strive to meet the individual needs of each client to insure the quality of his/her success as a therapeutic or recreational riding student.

STARRS now has a completed barn with an indoor riding ring and this is the first year the program will be able to be open with year-round consistent scheduling. The program currently offers classes on Saturday mornings and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings in 12-week sessions.
