Recreational & Lap Swim
The 25-yard, two-lane lap pool at the Senior Center is wheelchair accessible. The pool is maintained at 86 degrees; the spa at 101 degrees. Lockers are available but personal items must be removed after each use. Locks are not
provided. Pool space is limited to two lanes during scheduled classes and programs (sharing lanes during this time is expected).
Private Swim Instruction
Private swim instruction is available for all levels. If interested, please leave your name and phone number with a
Adult Swim Instruction/Aquaphobia
This course is geared toward individual goals of the participants. It will involve reducing fears and anxieties and
also stroke improvement. Small class sizes. If you have always wanted to learn to swim or improve your strokes, this is the class for you.
Aqua fitness is a fantastic alternative to land exercise. It
provides challenge and intensity with less joint-jarring impact! We offer a variety of classes that will motivate you to get in shape! Work to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness, and coordination in a noncompetitive environment.
This class takes range-of-motion exercises from Twinges and adds low impact cardiovascular work. Twinges Plus is excellent for people who have recently been diagnosed with arthritis or other joint-related conditions.

Basic H2O Workout
Get started in water exercise! This class is designed for people new to water exercise, recovering from injury or with physical limitations. Range-of-motion, stretching, and cardiovascular elements are emphasized.
