The South Lake Fitness Center is located in the National Training Center. Our 37,000 square foot training center combines sports, health and wellness programs in one convenient location and is designed to meet the needs of all ages and at all fitness levels.

Once you have joined our expansive multipurpose facility, we make it a priority to familiarize you with the center and its diverse programs. Our fitness staff is committed to helping you achieve your specific health and fitness goals by providing you with the tools necessary to create positive changes in your life.

MEMBERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Personal Health & Fitness Session
Your program begins with an individual session that includes an extensive fitness evaluation performed by an Exercise Physiologist. This one-hour assessment determines your fitness levels in the following areas:
  • Cardiovascular Endurance
  • Muscular Endurance
  • Muscular Strength
  • Flexibility
  • Body Composition
Tailored Program

After your initial session, our professionals will help you design the perfect program to meet your fitness goals. During a brief strength training session you will learn how to use the equipment safely and properly. From there, you can build upon your basic program toward a more advanced program.

State-of-the-Art Equipment

We have everything you need to look and feel your best! Your membership includes the use of Cybex weight training equipment, free weights, cardiovascular equipment, group fitness classes, child watch, pool, locker and shower facilities, and complimentary towel service.

Aerobics and Specialty Classes

No matter what your skill level is -- beginner, intermediate, or advancedwe have a class designed with you in mind. Our nationally certified instructors help you reach to the beat!
