Opened in 1979, the Healthtrax in Newington has 28,000 square feet of fitness space, including an indoor lap pool and whirlpool, group exercise studios, an extensive fitness floor, racquetball courts and a basketball court. Family friendly services include family locker rooms and a Youth Activity Center.
