Newnan Hospital features a fully equipped Health and Fitness Center to help improve the fitness of members, visitors and employees. Our fitness center features the latest equipment, along with qualified instructors and coaches. Some highlights include:

  • Cardiovascular area featuring treadmills, bikes, elliptical trainers, stair climbers, and cardio theatre.
  • Weight machines, free weights, and a wide variety of classes, including pilates, yoga and boot camp are also offered.
  • No membership required - Guests may use the Center by purchasing a daily non-member pass for $5.00.
  • Locker rooms, shower facilities, towel service available.
Our center's focus is optimal health. The center caters to a diverse population with structured exercise classes, instruction and support, including:
  • Free exercise instruction for seniors through our Prime Timers program.
  • Transitional exercise for post rehabilitation patients through the Rehab Assist program.
  • Group Exercise Programming including aerobics, yoga, pilates and others.
  • Individualized programs established for each member based on fitness level.
  • Stretching and relaxation areas available.
  • Personal training and massage therapy are available.
  • Periodic updates and assessments are offered throughout the year.

Prime-Timers Class

This class offers special attention to specific muscles and joints that lend themselves to arthritis and other conditions for anyone over 55 years of age. The focus is to continue and increase mobility and balance for everyday activities. These classes are FREE to the community...Bring your friends.
