OASIS (Older Adults Stayting in Shape)
HealthTrack takes great pride in providing both quality and diversity in our programs to meet the needs of our mature members. Members will find a positive atmosphere coupled with the guidance of dynamic, knowledgeable and caring fitness staff. Programs include water arthritis classes, strength training, various clinics & lectures, Arboretum outings and luncheons.
This warm water exercise class, which emphasizes range-of-motion and endurance excercises, will help improve general fitness, strength, endurance and circulation. Must be able to enter and exit the pool independently.
Bring balance to both mind and body through effort complimented by relazation. Proper breathing and stretching make this class a great stress reducer and energy booster. We also offer Beginning Yoga and Power Yoga classes.
