Their exercise physiologist and other staff ensure that your fitness program will be appropriate, safe and suited to your abilities.

In addition to the Fitness Center, which is geared for individual exercise, Mills-Peninsula offers a variety of exercise classes, as well as special programs for people recovering from stroke and cardiac illness, or who have disabilities.
