  • Cardiovascular Fitness Equipment - A variety of specialized machines are available to help you improve cardiovascular fitness and lose weight. Equipment includes treadmills, bicycles, stairclimbers, cross trainers, rowers, cross country ski machines, arm ergometers, and Crossrobics LEs, just to name a few. While exercising, you can enjoy watching your favorite television program provided by the wireless "Cardio-theater."
  • Weight Training - Our more than 30 machine weights and 15 free weight stations are state-of-the-art brand names, available to help you tone and shapen up or strengthen and build muscles.
  • Walking / Jogging Track - A three-lane indoor synthetic rubber track surrounds the weight and cardiovascular area and is available to walkers and joggers.
