Almost Arthritis (no lifeguard on duty) - This warm water class works on range of motion and muscle strengthening for those who have one of the arthritic conditions or other health conditions. In addition to range of motion and strengthening, this class includes a 10-20 minute cardiovascular segment (60 minutes/Therapy Pool)
