Health Zone is a medically based, state-of-the-art fitness facility that offers an array of exercise equipment, an extensive selection of classes and a variety of programs that make it easy to find an activity that is right for you. Our staff of professionals work with members to develop an individualized workout solution that is both challenging and rewarding.

Whether you're lifting weights in our free weights area, pedaling on one of our exercise bikes or swimming with your children in one of our pools during family swim, our goal is to provide you and your family with a unique fitness opportunity in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

Specialty Classes include:
  • Facets of Fitness: A more advanced workout for senior adults, this class incorporates an aerobic workout with flexibility and strength exercises. One hour.
  • Feldenkrais: Develop flexibility and coordination by awareness through movement. Seasonal.
  • Fitness in Motion: Focuses on beginning exercises and emphasizes coordination, flexibility, strength and balance. Outstanding for persons just getting started.*
  • Hatha Yoga: Uses physical postures, breathing practices and relaxation to harmonize body, mind and spirit. For all ages and fitness levels.
  • Low Impact: Designed to take the bouncing, jumping and other potentially injurious moves out of the aerobic phase. Class also includes muscular strengthening, toning and flexibility.
  • People with Arthritis Can Exercise (PACE): An exercise class, sponsored by the Arthritis Foundation, designed for people with arthritis. Gentle exercises increase joint flexibility, range of motion and maintain muscle strength.
