The WellHealth Center opened in 1985, as part of the array of cardiovascular services at Abilene Regional. The Center is a full service facility open to the general public and continues to focus on prevention, fitness and health.
The Center offers a complete circuit of Nautilus strength training equipment, with machines to isolate every major muscle group, including arm ergometers for upper body aerobic work. Our fitness equipment includes Nautilus machines designed for a woman's smaller frame, offering women a better fit and more comfortable workout.
Cardiovascular equipment includes a computerized Stairmaster as well as exercise bikes and treadmills, with personal televisions at the treadmills. Mens' and womens' locker rooms provide showers and saunas. Massage therapy, for a separate fee, is available to member and the general public.
