Courage Camps operate three primary programs and several special programs. Camp Courage offers sessions for children and adults with physical disabilities in its Lakeside Unit. There are special subsessions for computer technology and the internet, adaptive sports, and augmentative and adaptive communication technology. In the Woodland Unit, campers on the caseload of a Speech Clinican in their home school can come for ongoing Speech Therapy on a daily basis and reinforcement throughout the camp day. SLP's provide daily therapy sessions and reports of progress are sent to the home speech clinician.
At Courage North, campers who are deaf or hard of hearing learn leadership through outdoor adventure activities. Campers plan daily activities and plan and take backpack, canoe, or bike trips out of camp.
The modern camp sites offer accessible venues for participation in such programs as horse riding, boating of all kinds, swimming in the lake or heated indoor pool, indoor gym games and outdoor athletics, environmental activities, crafts, photography and video, and computer technology.
