Camp Albrecht Acres of the Midwest is a recreational residential camp for individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities.

Founded in 1975, the camp offers enjoyment and education to campers and provides respite to their family and guardians. Scholarships are available.

Their recreational programs promote socialization and physical development and concentrate on motor skills, sensory awareness, skill development, enhances self-esteem and emotional growth. Structured programs are woven into the camp schedule.

Daily classes include drama, music, nature study and art classes. Activities include swimming in the heated pool, whirlpool therapy, fishing in a private stocked pond, camping out in one of three wooded campsites, camp fires and weekly dances.
