The City of Clovis Parks and Recreation Department provides an array of physical resources for residents. Included in the resource base are seventeen parks or recreational areas, encompassing 3,700 acres of which 900 acres are developed for recreational use. There are: 5 youth baseball fields; 5 adult softball fields; 4 youth softball fields; 11 soccer fields; 2 youth football fields; 1 Rugby Pitch; 1 Cricket Pitch; 23 open play areas; 1 skate park; 3 outdoor basketball courts; four sand volleyball courts and dog park.
