Notes

This program is for participants with special needs in need of a one-on-one approach. Classes will focus on pool entries/exits, water adjustment, basic swim skills, fitness activities and games in the small pool. Instructors will be assigned individually to the participant and they can remain alone or join a class of similar ability. All classes are 25 minutes.
