Aquatic Arthritis Water Fitness Classes
Instructor leads participants in exercises that help improve joint flexibility and muscle strength. Instructors are trained and certified by the Arthritis Foundation. Course meets on a regular monthly schedule.

Please note:

• No swimming ability required
• Water shoes are recommended
