The Sheltering Arms Club Rec program is a day recreation program for individuals with a disability or physical limitation. Through a holistic approach, Club Rec focuses on enhancing the quality of life for individuals who can benefit from a supervised social, recreational or wellness program. We offer structured programs, organized and implemented by Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialists, to help individuals adapt to life after injury or illness, and to promote healthy living.

Club Rec meets daily Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Members can attend one to five days per week, and extended hours are available.
