For Teens and Adults with Developmental Disabilities

• Summer Camp for Teens and Young Adults:
  
  This is a summer program for teens and young adults ages 13 to 22 with developmental disabilities. The campers will establish friendships and learn cooperation skills. This camp gives campers the opportunity to build self-esteem and self confidence, as well as facilitate the development of recreation and play skills. Participants set and achieve personal goals. Experiences include sports, games, community activities, arts, crafts, and special events.
  
  
• Softball for Teens and Adults:
  
  For teens and adults ages 13 and up with developmental disabilities. During this program sport skills, game strategies, sportsmanship, and physical fitness are emphasized.
  
  
• Annual Theme Park Adventure:
  
  For teens and adults ages 13 and up with developmental disabilities. Participants will travel to and explore one of Florida's famous theme parks. This will increase social interaction among peers and provide respite for parents.
  
  
• Camp-out:
  
  For teens and adults ages 13 and up with developmental disabilities. This overnight adventure includes a cookout, games, campfire, and story telling.
  
  
• Leisure Spectrum:
  
  For teens and adults ages 13 and up with developmental disabilities. This program is offered at three locations within Palm Beach County, North, Central and West. The goal of the program is to increase social skills through leisure participation.
  
  
• Stardust Dance Club:
  
  For teens and adults with developmental disabilities. This dance takes place one Sunday each month at the South County Civic Center in Delray Beach. Join us for dancing, socializing, door prizes and more.
