Active Now! is a 501(c)3 community program that provides supervised and assisted medically supervised exercise for people with disabilities and chronic health conditions. We meet three times a week for a minimum of three months to achieve the specific goals of each participant in the areas of strength, endurance, fall prevention, flexibility and socialization.
