The OSU Center for Wellness and Prevention (CWP) is central Ohio's first and most comprehensive medically managed prevention and wellness center. With an experienced staff of dietitians, exercise physiologists, nurses, physicians, behaviorists and health educators, the Center offers a variety of health and fitness programs. In addition to providing traditional exercise equipment such as treadmills, stationary bikes and weights, the Center offers yoga, aerobics, water fitness, and martial arts classes. Other services include: fitness evaluations, wellness assessments, fitness testing as well as weight management and nutrition counseling. The center also features programs that specialize in cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation. Free information sessions are held every Monday at 6:30 p.m. and the first Thursday of every month at noon. Membership for OSU faculty and staff, OSU Medical Center employees, physicians and medical students is available at a discounted rate. Support Groups & Classes
