T'ai Chi
- Composed of 20 soft, gentle energizing movements that teach relaxation and centering techniques. T'ai Chi requires no athletic ability. Physical benefits include lowered blood pressure and heart rate, increased flexibility, enhanced physical coordination and balance, and tension reduction.
Fit Yoga
- A 60-minute class beginning with a 15-minute dynamic warm-up featuring components of muscular strength, followed by 40 minutes of deep yoga stretching and concludes with 5 minutes of total body/mind relaxation.
Silver Yoga
-A 60-minute class designed specifically for "silver" (older) adults. This class improves flexibility, range of motion, and muscular strength.
