Aquatic Services include a variety of programs led by experienced certified instructors for all ages. The pool is equipped to accommodate people of all ages and abilities. Class sizes are kept small to provide patrons with the maximum of personal attention. Our programs are among the most affordable in the Milwaukee area. The pool is kept at 88� and the use of bromine instead of chlorine is safer and gentler on the skin. Family friendly, private changing rooms make it easy and safe for people of all ages and abilities to participate in our programs.

  • Open Swim - Enjoy flotation devices and training aids including noodles, barbells, beach balls, and play bricks.
  • Private Swim Lessons - Levels I through VI at various times and days.
  • Infant-Parent Program - American Red Cross infant and preschool aquatic program helps children six months to four years become comfortable with water. Acclimates infants to water prior to swim lessons.
  • Warm Water Movement - Gentler and slower than traditional aerobics, the movements focus on increasing flexibility and mobility of persons with arthritis. They target a complete range of muscles and joints. Perfect for those recovering from joint or back injuries, surgery or illness. Participants may want to discuss this class with their doctor prior to enrolling.
  • High Energy Water Aerobics - Participants work their muscles at an invigorating pace that raises the heart rate, but is comfortable for them, leaves them feeling good about themselves and full of energy.
  • Low Impact Water Aerobics - These classes can improve flexibility, stretching and bone density, as well as tone the muscles of your body.
