Water Exercise

Exercise is done in the pool to relieve stiffness and pain in the body. Taught by a certified Arthritis Association Instructor.

Arthritis Plus

Low-impact Arthritis Foundation approved exercises to increase mobility, flexibility, and range of motion. Geared towards those who have already taken the arthritis and injury water class.

Multiple Sclerosis Aquatics

Multiple Sclerosis Aquatics is a shallow water recreational program that offers socialization while exercising and an increased sense of well being. The class is taught by an approved National Multiple Sclerosis Society Aquatics Instructor and gives participants an opportunity to bear weight on lower extremities and improve functional mobility.
