Approved by the Arthritis Foundation, recreational group exercises to improve range of motion and flexibility. Need not be a swimmer, but must be able to walk unassisted into chest deep water.

Improve flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, blood circulation, blood pressure, back pain, and other ailments. This ancient workout will teach you movement control and body awareness with a focus on balance.
Supervised sessions for cardiac rehab or prevention. For those who are at risk for heart disease or who have had a cardiac event. Heart rate and blood pressure are monitored.
