ARTHRITIS FOUNDATION AQUATIC EXERCISE CLASS
A program especially designed for those with arthritis. This program provides the participant with gentle aquatic activities under the guidance of an Arthritis Foundation trained instructor. Exercise is done at the shallow end of the pool, so swimming skills are not necessary.

This class adds emphasis on specific muscle groups and simple water resistance devices to increase the intensity of the exercises. Also a good workout for pre/post natal participants. This class is taught in the shallow and deep end of the pool. Swimming skills are not necessary. 45-60 min. class.
