  • Seniorcize
    This class focuses on all aspects of fitness. It combines light dance choreography to get you stepping, floor work that will get your heart pumping, and some light strength training work that will help increase muscular strength as well as bone density to reduce the risk of osteoporosis. Low impact class for a senior beginning to exercise.
  • F.I.T. / 50
    Fit over 50 is a class similar to "Seniorcize" but a little more advanced. Designed specifically for the adult over 50, this class combines exciting dance choreography with toning and stretching for an all-around great workout!
  • Arthritis and Aquatics
    A & A � (Low Impact Water Aerobics Class) focus on range of motion, joint protection and stretching. Instructors are certified by the American Arthritis Foundation.
  • A & A Plus � (Medium Impact Water Aerobics Class)
    Moderate intensity postural alignment, aerobic exercise, joint protection and stretching Instructors are certified by the American Arthritis Foundation. Ultimate Stretch : This class will help to increase flexibility and release tension throughout the entire body by taking you through a series of isolated stretches. Free to members
