Personal Training at Include Fitness, a clinical approach to fitness, designed to provide participants of all fitness levels with an inexpensive time-efficient, safe, and effective exercise program.
All Personal Fitness Training packages include a consultation 20 minutes in length which consist of fitness level testing, assessment, and goal evaluation. You have a choice of sporadic, individual, or buddy/group sessions. Buddy Packages are available for individuals wanting to share there Personal Fitness training session along side another person, or a group. Training pairs may be selected by the client, or trainer based on similar fitness needs, and goals. Training sessions are one hour in length. All sessions consist of quality training, heart rate monitoring, blood pressure analyzing, and full body stretching techniques following training.
