I have trained adults and children with disabilties at a local YMCA. I taught classes for adults with disabilities and incorporated cardiovascular and strength training with and without weights depending on the individual. I have worked with children aged 4 to 14 in various fitness activities. I have trained clients in their homes and in the community as well. I have been a special education teacher for the past eight years.
