General Description

Winamac Fish & Wildlife Area is a 5,000 acre state owned property managed for optimum wildlife habitat to provide public hunting/fishing/trapping and wildlife viewing opportunities. The property consists of grassy and brushy upland areas interspersed with small wetlands and oak/hickory woodlands. There is no camping at this property although camping is provided at the nearby Tippecanoe River State Park.
