General Description
    Yellowstone National Park was created in 1872. It has over 10,000 thermal features including geysers, hot springs, fumaroles, and mut pots. Yellowstone is a premier national park for its scenery, wildlife, and history. Yellowstone staff are constantly improving the level of accessibility to all of its visitors.

    Expect to find facilities ranging from new and meeting all current accessibility guildelines, to older facilities with a range of retrofits offering limited accessibility. There are many boardwalks and hard surface trails and boardwalks allowing access to most premier features.
