• Gaithersburg HELP supports local Gaithersburg area residents in need by providing food, infant needs, transportation, prescription medications (Rx), and other services. All programs except for transportation are for low-income residents. Transportation is for seniors, adults with disabilities or otherwise unable to take public transportation. We provide rides to/from a medical appointment or social service agency appointment. All above-listed programs can be used 18 times per calendar year and all clients must live within our service area.
