Description
Our wellness program includes a variety of classes geared towards those with neurological diseases or injuries. Each wellness class is created by our highly experienced team of therapists and based on the latest research on how to optimize health and function. We offer a large variety of fun and motivating classes, including those aimed at improving strength, balance, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, arm and hand function.
