Mission Statement: The Mission and Purpose of the Rochester Area Disabled Athletics & Recreation, Inc., is to provide individuals with a disability in the Rochester and Southeastern Minnesota region with opportunities to participate in athletic and recreational opportunities through:

• The provision of athletic and recreational opportunities sponsored by the organization, for individuals to build knowledge, skill and confidence
• The provision of Information and Referral Services related to assisting in making athletic and recreational opportunities accessible to individuals with a disability (i.e. adaptive equipment, accessibility products, etc.)
• The provision of an Outreach Program to provide information about opportunities, to provide education to all, to assist in the design and development of accessibility.
