• The Lake Norman YMCA is a full service YMCA located in Cornelius, N.C. on the shores of Lake Norman. We offrer a variety of programs for people with disabilities including strength training, cardiovascular fitness, swimming, gymnastics, sailing, and water skiing. Certain programs are exclusively for individuals with disabilities, while other programs are inclusive. Additional opportunities are also available for children and adults.
