• Community Partners is a non-profit agency providing services and supports to eligible individuals and their families, through a variety of programs. Their goal is to support individuals with developmental disabilities to become active members of their communities. Assistance with accessing recreation programs, community activities, and summer camps are some supports the organization provides.
