Must have a documented disability that prevents use of unable to access or use a wheelchair lift equipped bus, does not have a wheelchair life equipped bus in their area or whose disability does not allow them to get to or from a bus stop. Requires a functional assessment and a doctor�s statement. Services are available to people ages 6 and up. Provides door-to-door transportation service for people with disabilities.
