The CYCLEplus unit is the original total body recumbent to provide both upper and lower body workout. The no-impact nature of the workout means there is less stress placed on the joints. The CYCLEplus offers the user the ability to adjust the resistance separately for both the upper and lower body, thus maximizing intensity against each set of muscle groups.

The CYCLEplus, just like any other recumbent, is user friendly but offers the additional feature of a total body workout through the upper body mode. The patented upper body mechanism provides resistance in both directions whether in reciprocating or rowing motion. A simple display allows the user the option of selecting up to five programmed terrain features or a manual program.
