Please join us on the evening of Saturday, September 11 to "run, walk or wheel" on the scenic 5K course through the streets of Lake Forest. The Twilight Run features the largest contingent of runners who have a physical or visual impairment, divisions for runners, manual wheelchairs, track chairs and handcycles, and awards by division and age categories.

Stay for the post-race party featuring live music by the local band 341, great food, and cool beverages for the whole family - fresh barrel root beer provided by Sprecher's and Flatlander's micro-brew beer.

All proceeds benefit GLASA, the Great Lakes Adaptive Sports Association, which provides year-round sports and recreation programs for children and adults with physical or visual disabilities in northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin.

Fee: $25 per entrant ($30 after September 4th). Military members receive a $5 discount, CARA members a $2 discount.
