Oregon Cascades West Council of Governments (COG) is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and innovative professional to manage the Lincoln County Senior and Disability Services program in Toledo. The ideal candidate will be a positive role model, mentor and morale builder who believes in an open door and a collaborative style of management. The new Program Manager will be someone who strongly believes in helping seniors and persons with disabilities to live with dignity and independence and to work closely with our communities to understand their issues and concerns. Desirable candidates will possess work experience that demonstrates knowledge and expertise in Medicaid/Long-term care services for seniors and persons with disabilities, and expertise in the management of the Older Americans Act services.
