The Disability Pride Parade is a place to show the world who we are and what we can do...a time to gather together in pride and celebrate ourselves.

So many times in our lives, the world has acted as if disability is contagious. We all know that is not true. But disability PRIDE is contagious. It goes from person to person and eventually reaches critical mass. Chicago caught the pride from Catherine Odette\'s efforts in Boston. We passed it on to Houston, Michigan, Atlanta, Norway and the UK. Sara Triano carried it to the Silicon Valley. And so on, and so on.
