Under the direction of the Patient Therapy Manager (PTM), performs in a lead capacity at the unit/program level, ensuring the delivery of Therapeutic Recreation (TR) services in accordance with the principles and practices of Recreational Therapy and state regulations. Assists in the overall operation of the unit/program operation. Adheres to hospital, unit/program, and discipline-specific policies and procedures as well as professional standards.
