This grant program is specifically designed for non-profit organizations focused on improving health and wellness in the following communities where Cardinal Health employees live and work: Albuquerque, New Mexico; Central Ohio; Little Rock, Arkansas; Northern Chicago, Illinois; Radcliff, Kentucky.
