The purpose of this announcement is to invite organizations to submit applications to World Learning (WL) in response to a Request for Applications (RFA) for projects to support activities to increase access to and availability of affordable and appropriate wheeled mobility devices in developing countries. World Learning is acting on behalf of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
