Act Early. (LTSAE) State Teams, under a cooperative agreement with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) National Center on Birth Defects and Developmental Disabilities (NCBDDD). The purpose of the cooperative agreement is to strengthen the nation\'s capacity to carry out public health activities in the areas of birth defects, developmental disabilities, and health promotion for people living with disabilities.
