Join our growing team! Support, create, and coordinate capacity development activities and technical assistance for participating sites including: State Disability and Health programs, University Centers for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (UCEDDs), Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (LEND) Programs, and Learn the Signs. Act Early. (LTSAE) State Teams, under a cooperative agreement with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) National Center on Birth Defects and Developmental Disabilities (NCBDDD). The purpose of the cooperative agreement is to strengthen the nation\'s capacity to carry out public health activities in the areas of birth defects, developmental disabilities, and health promotion for people living with disabilities.
